Standard ChatGPT forgets you the moment you close the tab. AI therapy apps give you CBT worksheets dressed up as chat. There's no memory of who you are, no psychological framework shaping the response, no continuity between sessions.

So I went deeper. I studied how large language models actually process psychological context, what makes certain prompt architectures compound over time, and how therapeutic frameworks could be systematically encoded. Six months later, I had something that felt genuinely different.
